• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yep! We ship worldwide.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Orders are shipped with Canada Post from Ontario, Canada. Once shipped, most Canada and US orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Everything is shipped by air with no tracking.

• How regularly do you ship?

  Once a week for orders with items that are not on preorder.

• What does it mean when my order is on hold?

  I put orders on hold if they contain an item that is on pre-order or back order to help me sort them from ones I can ship immediately.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?
